How to send Redeem Links manually

Manual Delivery lets you create personal Redeem Links without connecting an email platform or integration.

Generate a short voucher link for one recipient or up to 100 recipients at once, then send them through WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, chat, email, or any other channel.

Select Manual Delivery

Create or open a Redeem Link configuration. Under How will you deliver this Redeem Link?, select Manual Delivery.

Choose a Code List and save your configuration before generating links.

You can generate links while the configuration is paused, but recipients cannot open them until it is activated.

Generate a link for one recipient

1. Select One recipient.
2. Enter an email address, phone number, social handle, customer ID, or another unique identifier.
3. Click Generate voucher link.
4. Paste the generated link into your message and send it to the recipient.

The link is copied automatically. You can also click Copy link or Open voucher.

Generate links for multiple recipients

1. Select Multiple recipients.
2. Enter one recipient identifier per line.
3. Click Generate voucher links.
4. Click Copy results to copy each recipient together with their matching link.

You can generate links for up to 100 recipients at a time.

Redeeming the voucher

Each generated link works like any other Redeem Link. The voucher can be redeemed using Mark as Used or the QR Scanner.
