How to add a "Is not blank" segment condition to your Mailchimp Automation
To ensure that an automated email isn't sent out before a code has been added by Coupon Carrier, you need to add a segment condition. This condition tells Mailchimp to wait until the merge field is not blank before the email is sent to the subscriber.
Here's how to add the segment condition in Mailchimp:
- Select "Edit" on the Filter by segment or tag option.
- Choose to segment the subscriber on a new condition and select the merge field where you stored your unique code to and that the condition is set to "is not blank".
