What is rejected and skipped requests?

If you're seeing rejected or skipped requests on your configuration then it usually means that there is something wrong with the configuration. 

What's a request?

A request is a notification from your connected service. If you're monitoring your email list for new subscribers then the connected service (like MailChimp) will send a request to Coupon Carrier each time a new subscriber is added. This request can be rejected or skipped for different reasons in Coupon Carrier.

You can view rejected and skipped requests by clicking on the number on the main configuration list:
