Custom domain for Redeem Link and Scanner Service

This feature is available for customers on our Agency plan. Contact us for information on how to enable it for your account.

Our Redeem Links and Scanner Service sign-in page are located on our domain, https://api.couponcarrier.io. 

To improve the brand experience, we offer our Agency plan customers to set up a custom domain (or sub-domain) to use for Redeem Links and our Scanner Service. That way, the end users will interact with your domain instead of ours.

Custom Domain Links

To enable this for your account, contact us via email, and you'll need to add a custom CNAME record to your DNS settings at your hosting provider. Once added and verified, you can use your custom domain on all the links.
